Pakistan and El Salvador have initiated a diplomatic alliance that puts crypto

responsibilities include driving efforts to regulate crypto under FATF 
guidelines, launching national $BTC mining, integrating blockchain across 
sectors, licensing Virtual Asset Service Providers, and growing Pakistan’s 
Web3 ecosystem. “Pakistan is done sitting on the sidelines. We want to have 
regulatory clarity. We need to have a legal framework that is pro-business,” 
Saqib told Bloomberg earlier this year. “We need institutional adoption. We 
want banks, we want other enterprises to integrate with blockchain and not 
fight it. We want Pakistan to be a leader in blockchain-powered finance, and
