Dogecoin started a fresh increase from the $0.1500 zone against the US Dollar. 
DOGE is consolidating and might aim for an upside break above the $0.1650 
resistance. DOGE price started a decent upward move above the $0.1550 level. 
The price is trading above the $0.1580 level and the 100-hourly simple moving 
average. There is a short-term bullish trend line forming with support at 
$0.1590 on the hourly chart of the DOGE/USD pair (data source from Kraken). 
The price could start a fresh increase if it clears the $0.1650 resistance 
zone. Dogecoin Price Turns Red Dogecoin price started a fresh decline after it 
failed to clear $0.1640, unlike Bitcoin and like Ethereum. DOGE dipped below 
the $0.1620 and $0.1600 support levels. The bears were able to push the price 
below the $0.1565 support level. It even traded close to the $0.1550 support. 
A low was formed at $0.1558 and the price recently corrected some losses. 
There was a minor move above the 50% Fib retracement level of the downward 
move from the $0.1635 swing high to the $0.1558 low. Dogecoin price is now 
trading above the $0.1580 level and the 100-hourly simple moving average. 
Besides, there is a short-term bullish trend line forming with support at 
$0.1590 on the hourly chart of the DOGE/USD pair. Immediate resistance on the 
upside is near the $0.1620 level and the 76.4% Fib retracement level of the 
downward move from the $0.1635 swing high to the $0.1558 low. The first major 
resistance for the bulls could be near the $0.1640 level. The next major 
resistance is near the $0.1650 level. A close above the $0.1650 resistance 
might send the price toward the $0.1720 resistance. Any more gains might send 
the price toward the $0.1780 level. The next major stop for the bulls might be 
$0.1800. Another Decline In DOGE? If DOGE’s price fails to climb above the 
$0.1620 level, it could start another decline. Initial support on the downside 
is near the $0.1590 level. The next major support is near the $0.1565 level. 
The main support sits at $0.1550. If there is a downside break below the 
$0.1550 support, the price could decline further. In the stated case, the 
price might decline toward the $0.1500 level or even $0.1450 in the near term. 
Technical Indicators Hourly MACD – The MACD for DOGE/USD is now gaining 
momentum in the bullish zone. Hourly RSI (Relative Strength Index) – The RSI 
for DOGE/USD is now above the 50 level. Major Support Levels – $0.1590 and 
$0.1550. Major Resistance Levels – $0.1620 and $0.1640.

latent sell pressure could persist, especially if upward momentum stalls. 
Conversely, new investors — defined as those who entered the market within the 
past month — have recently returned to profit. With a realized gain of 3.73%, 
this group is showing signs of renewed confidence, potentially contributing to

Crypto Firms Eye Bank Charters Amid Regulatory Shift

The Supreme Court of Gibraltar has reversed its decision to freeze 542 million 
PLAY tokens in a court battle between two companies tied to the Web3 game- 
creation platform PLAY Network.
In an April 17 judgment, Gibraltar Supreme Court Judge John Restano undid his 
earlier February freeze of the tokens, finding it could have hurt the value of 
the tokens and that the evidence filed was insufficient to continue the 
freeze.
&#8220;Whilst there may be many reasons for the drop in value of the tokens, the 
evidence before the court suggests that these proceedings are a factor in that 
regard,&#8221; he wrote.
US-based Ready Makers, which operates as Ready Games, and its founder, David 
Bennahum, have filed a legal dispute against its Gibraltar-based subsidiary, 
Ready Maker (Gibraltar) Limited, and its CEO, Christina Macedon. The suit 
claims she took over the firm and its PLAY token that is used as a reward on 
the PLAY Network.
Ready Games won a freeze of the tokens in February, with the Gibraltar-based 
Ready Maker, operating as PLAY Network, handing them over to a court-appointed 
custodian.
The 542 million PLAY tokens are nearly two-thirds of its current circulating 
supply and are worth around $2.6 million. The token&#8217;s price has plummeted by 
over 97% since it launched in December, according to CoinGecko.

Judge Restano said the evidence filed by Ready Games for the freeze was &#8220;far 
from impressive, and raises more questions than it answers.&#8221;
He added he did &#8220;not consider that this is a case where the order should be 
re-granted in any event,&#8221; and cited Ready Games&#8217; failure to disclose that it 
was in administrative dissolution at the time of filing for the token freeze, 
which he called &#8220;a significant omission.&#8221;
Ready Games&#8217; Bennahum told Cointelegraph that it has filed to lodge an appeal 
alongside &#8220;an urgent application with the Gibraltar Court of Appeal asking 
them to either stay the discharge of the original injunction or grant a new 
injunction&#8221; so the tokens could again be frozen pending the appeal&#8217;s outcome.
He added that his company disagreed with the court&#8217;s decision to lift the 
token freeze, saying that the Gibraltar-based firm was in an &#8220;alarming state.&#8221;
## Ready Maker is just a &#8220;token launch vehicle&#8221; &#8212; Ready Games founder
Bennahum reiterated an earlier claim that the US-based Ready Games created 
Ready Maker in Gibraltar with the US company&#8217;s intellectual property and 
funding &#8220;specifically to serve as our token launch vehicle.&#8221;
&#8220;We maintain that Ms. Macedo and associated parties have wrongfully seized 
control of this entity and its assets,&#8221; he said. Judge Restano said in his 
judgment that Macedo disputed Bennahum&#8217;s claim, and regulatory filings 
purportedly show she is the sole controller and ultimate beneficial owner of 
the Gibraltar-based firm.

Ready Games had said in a February statement that its court action was to 
&#8220;recover control&#8221; of the Gibraltar company.
It added that a Delaware business court issued a temporary restraining order 
that required Ready Gibraltar to restore Ready Games&#8217; access to the firm&#8217;s 
tech stack, such as &#8220;GitHub repositories, cloud systems, and domain accounts.&#8221;
