Bitcoin price has bullish signals: what about Minotaurus?

Blackstone, which bills itself as the &#8220;the world&#8217;s largest alternative asset 
manager,&#8221; disclosed its first-ever crypto-related purchase, buying shares in 
BlackRock&#8217;s spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund.
However, Blackstone&#8217;s investment, reported in a May 20 filing with the US 
Securities and Exchange Commission, only totaled around $1.08 million &#8212; a 
fraction of the asset manager&#8217;s $1.2 trillion portfolio.
Blackstone reported holding 23,094 shares of BlackRock&#8217;s iShares Bitcoin Trust 
ETF (IBIT) as of March 31.
The IBIT shares were added to Blackstone&#8217;s Alternative Multi-Strategy Fund 
(BTMIX), which holds $2.63 billion worth of assets, Google Finance data shows.
The filing shows Blackstone also bought 4,300 shares in crypto ATM operator 
Bitcoin Depot Inc. (BTM) for a total cost of $6,300 and spent $181,166 
scooping up 9,889 shares of the ProShares Bitcoin ETF (BITO). 
Despite its claim as an &#8220;alternative asset manager,&#8221; Blackstone has largely 
stayed away from crypto. In September 2019, Blackstone CEO Steve Schwarzman 
said he liked the concept of blockchain but thought its use for money was 
&#8220;pretty odd.&#8221;
&#8220;[I was] raised in a world where someone needs to control currencies,&#8221; he said 
at the time.
He admitted he didn&#8217;t have much interest in crypto, citing difficulties 
understanding the technology.

Blackstone invests in everything from private equity, real estate and credit 
to infrastructure, hedge funds and insurance solutions.
According to Blackstone&#8217;s website, it had $37 billion worth of investable 
capital as of March 31.
Meanwhile, the state of Wisconsin Investment Board &#8212; one of the first state 
investment funds to provide Bitcoin exposure to US retirees &#8212; reported on May 
15 that it liquidated all 6,060,351 of its IBIT shares worth $3.7 billion 
during the first quarter.
## Flows keep coming in for BlackRock&#8217;s IBIT
BlackRock&#8217;s Bitcoin fund has not recorded an outflow in six weeks, since April 
9, Farside Investors data shows.
It has seen a 20-trading-day streak of inflows during that time, bringing its 
total net inflows to over $46.1 billion since it launched in January 2024.
The Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) and the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF 
(ARK) trail IBIT in all-time net inflows at $11.8 billion and $2.8 billion, 
respectively.

Blackstone buys $1M worth of Bitcoin ETF in first crypto bet

Cardano price started a fresh increase above the $0.7250 zone. ADA is now 
consolidating and facing hurdles near the $0.760 zone. ADA price started a 
decent increase above $0.7250 and $0.7320. The price is trading above $0.740 
and the 100-hourly simple moving average. There is a key bearish trend line 
forming with resistance at $0.7580 on the hourly chart of the ADA/USD pair 
(data source from Kraken). The pair could start another increase if it clears 
the $0.760 resistance zone. Cardano Price Eyes Upside Break In the past few 
days, Cardano saw a fresh increase from the $0.710 level, but it 
underperformed Bitcoin and Ethereum. ADA was able to clear the $0.7250 and 
$0.7320 resistance levels. The price cleared the 50% Fib retracement level of 
the recent decline from the $0.7762 swing high to the $0.7110 low. However, 
the price is now approaching a couple of key hurdles on the upside, starting 
with $0.7580. There is also a key bearish trend line forming with resistance 
at $0.7580 on the hourly chart of the ADA/USD pair. Cardano price is now 
trading above $0.740 and the 100-hourly simple moving average. On the upside, 
the price might face resistance near the $0.7580 zone and the trend line. The 
first resistance is near $0.760 or the 76.4% Fib retracement level of the 
recent decline from the $0.7762 swing high to the $0.7110 low. The next key 
resistance might be $0.7720. If there is a close above the $0.7720 resistance, 
the price could start a strong rally. In the stated case, the price could rise 
toward the $0.80 region. Any more gains might call for a move toward $0.8250 
in the near term. Another Decline In ADA? If Cardano’s price fails to climb 
above the $0.760 resistance level, it could start another decline. Immediate 
support on the downside is near the $0.7420 level. The next major support is 
near the $0.7260 level. A downside break below the $0.7260 level could open 
the doors for a test of $0.710. The next major support is near the $0.680 
level where the bulls might emerge. Technical Indicators Hourly MACD – The 
MACD for ADA/USD is gaining momentum in the bullish zone. Hourly RSI (Relative 
Strength Index) – The RSI for ADA/USD is now above the 50 level. Major Support 
Levels – $0.7420 and $0.7260. Major Resistance Levels – $0.7600 and $0.8000.
