transactions simultaneously, settlement cycles can move from the typical two- 
day settlement timeline to real-time execution, thereby limiting counterparty 
risk and improving capital efficiency. Additionally, Ripple will support Kyobo 
in exploring stablecoin-based payment rails, enabling 24/7 transaction 
capability within a compliant, regulated framework. Steingraber views this
